The Vizzitec (Demo) is a model of a machine vision system, where labels are placed on the conveyor belt and camera system captures the images of a label passing on the belt. The camera sends the image to the PC based software, which generates the rejection signal if the label is not according to the pre-configured criteria. The air based rejection pump receives the rejection signal from PC and blows the label out of the conveyor belt. This machine vision system can be used to detect any kind of error in any type of produced material.
