Perma Lube offers Lubrication System, Memolub. The Memolub lubricator is an autonomous single/multi point electro-mechanical lubricator. Its high lubricant ejection pressure of 25 bars opens a new wide range of applications not possible with conventional systems. Memolub HPS can be used remotely up to 8 meters from the lubrication point. Remote installation avoids dangerous or difficult access points and maintenance personnel can work swiftly in safety. Machine stoppage for lubrication (impossible access, moving components, etc), can be avoided by installing Memolub HPS. Memolub HPS can also be used as a mini central lubrication system. Combined with progressive distributor blocks Memolub HPS multipoint lubrication is a simple, economical way of reducing maintenance costs. Due to its high efficiency, Memolub can pump greases of NLGI grades 2/3 and with base oil viscosities up to 15000cSt at working temperature. This means that even at -15°C, Memolub can still pump conventional EP2 greases.
