• Heavy fabricated sturdy machine structure
• Transverse guide rails are made of LM guide ways and torch station parked on LM guide gantry
• Longitudinal guide rails are precision ground with ensure machine stability
• Transverse drive, longitudinal drive has rack & pinion arrangements with AC servomotors and encoder
• Dual drive gantry axis and planetary gearbox for axis movement
• Large diameter ground and hardened running wheels and adjustable lateral guides ensure long and trouble free working of the machine
• Drag chain conveyor system provided in all axis
• In-built isolation transformer to rectify the voltage isolation speed up to 7000 mm/min
• Position accuracy of the machine 0.10 mm
• Motorized torch height adjustment up to 160 mm
• Maximum 8 torches can be placed, with minimum distance 200 mm between torches
• Cutting width from 1.5 mtr up to 6 mtr in addition of 0.5 mtr
• Cutting length from 4 mtr up to 30 mtr in addition of 2 mtr.
