Low pressure (LPH) spray guns: air cap, fluid nozzle and body construction have excellent mechanism to create uniform air flow and have materialized high atomisation with pressure in air cap (0.05 MPa for gravity feed and 0.07 MPa for pressure feed) which is about one fourth of the previous type. The manufacturer proposes a reduction of overspray mist and an increase of transfer efficiency. General purpose gun (W type) spray guns: from an environment viewpoint, the manufacturer has reduced atomising air pressure (at gun handle) by 0.05 MPa and surpassed atomising performance of previous models. They can cope with environment complying paints (water base paints, etc), which were considered to be difficult to atomise with previous models. In addition to environmental protection, low pressure has achieved little overspray of paint mist, minimal bounceback (increase of transfer efficiency), reduction of VOC emission, improvement of working environment and cost reduction through paint saving.
