J V Engineers offers Low Line Direct Warping Machine. This is a High Speed Warping Machine having well balanced steel drum with maintenance free quick acting hydro pneumatic powerful air cooled disc brake on both side of drum lost end are completely eliminated.
- Provision for efficient electrical stop motions on the head stock with electrode bar and drop wires is arranged to stop beam immediately an end breaks.
- Hydraulic beam doffing and lifting device to be operated by turning a knob at the side of the machine to avoid any lifting by the operator.
- Hydraulic beam tension device specially designed for uniform yarn tension while beaming.
- A.C.Inverter Drive of standard make with 5/7.5/10/15 HP motor of Standard make for warping speed 100 to 400 meters per min. 1 HP in built hydraulic power pack of REXROTH makes valves.
- Feather touch L.E.D.pre-determined measuring preset counter provided with the machine (5 digits).
