The company undertakes lost wax process castings according to drawings, specifications and samples provided by the customers. It has a full fledged and well equipped foundry shop managed by well qualified and experienced personnel, supported by heat-treatment shop, CNC and conventional machining facilities, quality control and test facilities, having installed capacity of 100 MTM and spare capacity of 20 MTM. The company has die and wax pattern inspection section, chemical and physical laboratory section, quality control room and heat treatment shop to ensure stringent requirement of lost wax process casting called for. All types of ferrous materials – carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, heat resistance steel, high strength steel, nickel based, tool steel, cast iron and non-ferrous – aluminium and copper based alloy, they can cast the ASTM- AISI- SAE-BIS-ASME-DIN and JIS – AID – Ghost Standards.
