Turning such loads without specialist equipment may also cause damage to cranes and expensive manufactured components. The specially developed load turning machine, can solve the problem of turning loads, in a controlled way. Most loads will turn smoothly up to 360° and can be stopped at any position desired, for the next stage of production or welding needs. Another advantage is in its portability within the factory. The load turning machine can be transported by any suitable overhead crane, directly to the place of use where the load can be turned safely. With every enquiry received, the company would normally require a sketch or drawing of the load/loads to be turned, so that its CAD programme can simulate the turning process. It will then offer a tailored quotation for specific needs. All machines are designed for easy use and are produced and conform to UVV, VDE and European lifting regulations.
