Stephen Balaram Engineering (High Pressure Engineering Division) offers high-pressure liquid test pumps, hydraulic power packs and systems, for pressures up to 7,000 bar/100,000 psi. The range includes: portable, air driven "Haskel" hydro-testers (pressures up to 4,000 bar/60,000 psi); portable, air driven hydraulic power packs (pressures up to 4,000 bar/60,000 psi); portable miniature air/hand operated pumps for crimping, jacking, tool operation (pressures up to 15,000 psi); electro-hydraulic driven ultra-high pressure power packs for pressures up to 5,000 bar (75,000 psi); and compact oil-hydraulic power packs for bolt-tensioning (pressures up to 3,000 bar/45,000 psi). Special configurations for the offshore oil and gas industry: portable units with circular mechanical pressure chart recorders featuring all stainless steel construction; BOP testers (with circular chart recorder); sub-sea valve actuator control panels; well control units (with hand pump override); pressure test rigs for Christmas tree valves; chemical injection/dosing skids with air/gas driven liquid pumps; and Haskel spares and accessories (available from stock).
