Link Load Balancer is deployed inline between gateway routers and firewalls. To monitor the status of WAN connectivity, it conducts a series of transparent health and performance checks, evaluating the quality and reliability for each ISP line. Armed with this information, it intercepts traffic flowing in and out of the data-center and automatically switches users to the preferred WAN connections. Even traffic distribution doesn't overburden any connection.
