These conductive plastic potentiometers are available in electrical travel of 50, 100 and 200 mm or more, and are completely enclosed in 32 mm square specially designed aluminium housing with sinter bushing, polished and centreless ground stainless steel 6 mm dia shaft. Among the features are precision low PPM resistance wires, solenoid connector with special wiper contact materials and adjustable clamping plates. The resistance range is 100 ohms to 10 k ohms with high resolution and good linearity. The company also provides the shaft with rod end bearings and ball joint couplings. Special requirements of shaft on both sides, spring return and other customer specifications are also considered. When there were very few manufacturers of potentiometers in the world, the company was based on 100 per cent indigenous technology and had an annual capacity of 3000 pieces Beginning as a small workshop manufacturing single turn wire wound potentiometers in the year 1959, it is now managed by three well qualified and experienced sons of Kinariwala, and the production capacity has multiplied several times.
