Sigma Search Lights Ltd offers a range of Lighting Mast Towers. The telescopic tilting type tower with ‘green’ genset and acoustic covers are telescopic tilting type, mounted on a trolley having pneumatic/solid rubber tyres. The materials of construction are steel tubes/MS plates. The total tower structure shall be given anti rust treatment by painting after sand blasting. The diesel generating set, housed in acoustic cover meeting CPCB norms, is a 5 kVA single phase 230 V 0.8 PF self-excited, self-regulated, continuously rated alternator with a 10 BHP, 1500 RPM air cooled engine. The Mast Lighting Control Panel (MLCP) is an outdoor type having IP 55 class of protection with a receptacle for power from mains. The MCBs protect the outgoing cables from short circuit. RCBO of 30 mA rating is provided with main incomer MCB of adequate rating. The long range, high intensity, energy saving HPSV/metal halide lamp flood cum search light is dust, moisture and vermin proof. The IP 65 rated flood light is suitable for 240 V supply and produces a min illumination of 6000 lux when measured along the axis and 35 lux at 30° to the axis.
