Madison Company's M4190 family of side-mounted liquid level switches features a robust design for heavy industrial tank applications. Their corrosion-resistant construction, in conjunction with standard SPDT switch operation, provides for simplified wiring of control circuits. The M4190's standard end thread is a 1/2" NPT stub for easy connection to common junction boxes or conduit. The base model M4190 features 304 stainless steel construction, including the float. The M4190-BU offers a Buna-N float for hydrocarbon liquids, and the M4190-HP offers a float rated for 900 PSI operational performance. The standard configuration can be modified to address specific application requirements. Features: easy mounting to vessel side wall; easy control circuit wiring; rugged design; suitable for high-contamination applications with field cleaning of float by user; and high reliability.
