Materials of construction: body, bonnet and disc nut – SS 304; bolt, washer and chain – carbon steel; gland, gland nut and disc holder – SS; stem, nut and cam tooth – brass/SS; handwheel – cast iron/CRCC; packing – PTFE; disc and washer – SS and rubber SS; cam housing, cap and adjusting ring – SS: instantaneous coupling – SS; spring – phosphorous bronze; and blank cap – aluminium/PVC. The hydrostatic test pressure is 21 kg/cm2g (300 psig).
