Jacsons Engineers offers a high speed automatic Label Over Printing Machine. This machine is designed for over printing the cut form label for pharmaceuticals, foods, pesticides, agro, cosmetics, distilleries, beverages, chemicals and packaging industries. This machine can also print on labels, pouches, sleeves, catch cover, poly bags, etc. The process is simple ? just stack uniformly cut labels in the magazine; and switch on the power. Blank labels are automatically picked up from the magazine and placed on the rotating wheel. The oscillating ink roller ensures that the ink is spread evenly on the printing block. By getting ink from ink roller to printing block, the labels will print uniformly on by one and in accurate proper adjusted printing area. The machine has 3 speeds: 125/180/250 per/min.
