Isolation Transformers

Sri Vinayaka Enterprises offers Isolation Transformers. An isolation transformer is a transformer used to transfer electrical power from a source of alternating current power to some equipment or device while isolating the powered device from the power source, usually for safety. Isolation transformers are available from 0.5 kVA to 30 kVA as standard models. Three phase (delta/star) isolation transformers can be supplied up to 500 kVA as per customer specifications, as also rectifiers for anodising/electroplating and other electronic custom-built equipment.

  • Primary voltage – 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase or 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase
  • Secondary voltage – 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase or 400 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase
  • Input range (allowable) – 0.1
  • Load regulation – 3.5 to 7%
  • Mode of operation – 1: 1 or step down or step up
  • AC breakdown voltage test – 2500 V for one minute
  • Line frequency – 50 Hz + 3 Hz insulation Re meg ohm at 500 V D C for one minute
