Modern Investment Cast Industries is engaged in the development of Investment Castings for components in ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys through lost wax process. The company develops casting components with weight ranging from a few grams (03gm) to 35 kg in single piece and minimum wall thickness up to 1.5 mm. At present, these castings are supplied to manufacturers in the following industries: automobile, aero engines, aircraft, agricultural implements, artificial limbs, arms and ammunition, boilers and accessories, bottling, compressors parts, crimping tools, diesel and gas turbine equipment, dairy equipments, electrical, earth movers, electronics, fire fighting equipment, food processing machinery, gauges, hydraulic pumps, instrumentation, locomotive, machine tools equipment, military, nuclear engineering, orthopaedic appliances, power plants, industrial pumps, pneumatic equipment, pharmaceutical equipment, plumbing fixtures, process machinery, railways, sewing machine parts, textile machinery, valves and fittings and general engineering, etc. The company specialises in making components that are difficult or uneconomical to be made by other conventional processes and required in any other ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. The precision investment castings are made by lost wax process in ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys including nickel and cobalt based super alloys, aluminium and it’s alloys, low alloys steels, carbon steels, high alloys steels, grade of hastelloys, all grade of satellites and any other alloys as per the costumers requirements with all test of materials.
