Dynemech Systems offers Internal Burnishing Tools, Series-DT/ DB. It is designed to burnish long thru and blind bores upto 60 mm respectively. It can achieve close dimensional tolerances. Features: DT-thru bore series; DB-blind bore series; work hardened and wear resistant surface; smooth low microinch surface finish; fatigue and corrosion resistant surface; internal diameter, tapered, radius and flat parts of steel, cast iron, aluminium, bronze etc. of hardness up to 35 HRC can be quickly roller burnished.
