TubeFit offers Instrumentation Hardware. This hardware includes condensate pots, which are used to catch and hold condensate and foreign material. This will prevent damage to the metering system and or manifold. These chambers are made from seamless carbon, stainless, alloy steel pipe and weld caps. These are manufactured to order in accordance with BS5500 or ASME VIII using qualified procedures. All the pots are hydro-tested to 1.5 X working pressure, X-ray, ultrasonic, dye-Penetrant and MPI available. Shot-blast, electro polished, zinc plated or special paint finishes can be provided. These are also available with thermo well, a stainless steel, brass, alloy steel unit, used in conjunction with the stationary sensor, stationary striker sensor, or exhaust gas temperature sensor. Thermo well unit houses the fuse-metal end of the device, adapting it to be used where the temperature of oil, water, gas or other elements is to be monitored. Applications are fuel gas headers, oil sumps, water systems and natural gas headers. Air header/distribution manifolds are custom made allowing complete flexibility of design. The manifold body can be fitted with ball valves or needle valves, single or double-sided, with screwed, socket weld or flanged inlet. All the products are available in a variety of pressure ratings, up to 10,000 PSI, and are offered in a wide range of materials including 316L, aluminum-bronze, duplex, etc. The company also offers gauge snubber, pressure damping. Sizes are also available upto 1/2 inch.
