Toshniwal Sensors Pvt Ltd has introduced in India a specially developed non-contact Infrared Pyrometer, Model DSF 30NG, manufactured by Dias Infrared Systems, Germany, for measurement of temperature of molten glass under very harsh conditions in tank and fore hearth. DSF 30NG is equipped with an isolated USB interface, fibre optic cable using mono fibres, screw connects to ensure correct polarity mounting. Dias digital pyrometer DSF 30NG comes with a single basic temperature range 600°C-1800°C. Any possible sub ranges are adjustable. Over 50 pieces have been installed in India.
