Chempump's NCH Series high temperature sealless canned motor pumps are designed for handling fluids up to 650?F without the need for water cooling. This minimises energy loss in the fluid being pumped and reduces operating costs by simplifying operation and maintenance requirements. Since the pumps are completely self-venting, no external venting is required. This eliminates the possibility of emissions and saves the expense of maintaining complicated vent piping. Unlike conventional pumps, including magnetically driven units, the NCH Series does not require special alignment procedures, such as centreline mounting or expansion joints when installed. The pump is internally aligned, so movement of the pump casing and piping, due to high temperature, does not affect the shaft alignment. Also, the added safety of true secondary containment is standard.
