Prajapati Industries specialises in the manufacture of industrial heaters like band heaters, air heaters, immersion heaters, etc. Mica band heaters consist of imported wire insulated in mica and built by MS/brass/SS sheath materials and ceramic heaters insulated by high temperature ceramic. Standard terminal 10" long fibreglass wires, available in various shapes, sizes and watts/volts (cover type or reflector cover type heater save 20% energy). Ceramic heaters (20% power saving heater): quality ceramic allows high temperature fit tight arrangement by means of strips and socket screw; ensures good contact avoid air gaps. These are available in special shapes and execution, higher electrical loading possible for the same area compared to other types of surface heaters. Cartridge heaters are made from nichrome imported wires, insulated by magnesia (MgO2) powder, sheathed by brass casing, available in various terminal, fitting arrangement. Air heaters: strip/finned strips, available in MS/SS sheathed working temperature 350?C. "U" type/"U" type long life finned heaters available in various sizes, elements types heaters and refractory type open elements are also available. Immersion heaters are available in various types like kettle elements, commercial/industrial water heaters, oil immersion, alkaline immersion, lead covered immersion, chemical immersion, titanium heaters, silica/glass cased immersion heaters, and rewireable immersion heaters, in various sizes, shapes and wattage/voltage.
