Associated Toolings (India) Pvt Ltd is engaged in manufacturing of Industrial Valves since a decade ago. The company stepped into the valve industry since 1980 with manufacturing and supply of various valve components and gradually became front ranker in forged and cast steel gate, globe and check valves. ATPL brand valves are famous among users for durable design, strict quality adherence and on time supply. Capability: the company produces industrial valves in compliance with international design standards of API, ASME, BS, EN ISO standards. It can efficiently handle a wide variety of ASTM grade steel that starts with commodity grade carbon, alloy, austenitic stainless steel to exotic materials like high alloy, duplex, hastelloy for critical industrial application. It can produce annually 150,000 valves. The objective of the management is to draw customer satisfaction through delivering safe and quality product at right time and right place.

The range includes: gate valves; globe straight type and Y-type valves; check piston lift; ball; swing valves; needle valves; cryogenic gate valves; cryogenic globe valves; cryogenic piston lift check valves; bellow seal gate valves; bellow seal globe valves; and bellow seal needle valves. Construction: bolted, welded and seal welded. Design standard: API 602; BS EN ISO 15761; ASME B16.34; ASME B16.5. Materials of construction: A105; LF2; F11; F22; F5; F9; F91; F304; F304L; F304H; F316; F316L; F316H; F321; F321H; F347; alloy 20; duplex; and super duplex. The Associated group companies have three vertical business groups for manufacturing and supply different engineering products for defence factories, railway factories and refinery oil and gas projects.
