The Technifor-France CNC Marking machine works on a X and Y plotter principle to mark permanently on the component. The carbide stylus vibrates with pneumatic pressure to mark 6 characters per second. Linkage to an existing production line with any PC or a PLC, connection to a Network Server, interpretation of Bar Codes interfaced with the machine are some of the solutions available. Jobs may be hard, difficult to reach, uneven, circular - Technifor has all the solutions. For marking heavy jobs the company has a 6 kg CNC ultra portable model with all the software and speed at the client's command. The integratable marking head ensures easy adaptability into existing production line. Software solutions to marking plates, circles, logos, repetitive text available.
