Specifications: base material – cotton fabric, kraft paper, jute, bamboo, natural and synthetic fabrics; matrix – phenolic, novalac, modified epoxy, melamine and other synthetic resins; products – cotton phenolic sheets, paper phenolic sheets, natural fibre thermoset composites, bamboo mat laminates; grades – PHCC02, PHCC04, F2, F4, PHCP02, PHCP03, P2, P3, NFTC, BML, CF; sheet sizes – thickness 0.5 to 150 mm, standard L x W 1220 x 2440 mm, 1525 x 3050 mm, 1830 x 3660 mm; and fabricated parts – rings, segments, gears, strips, rods, spacers, washers, SRBF, SRBGF, SRBP tubes/rods, clamp plate, separators, and machine parts as per customer drawings.
