Ravi Machine Works offers a complete range of industrial lab mill. Known for its low operating cost and is maintenance free.
- Ravi Machine Works mills are offered in two models and two sized like RMMR and RMMBR and 6" x 16" and 8" x 18"; the RMMR model comes with conventional type and consists of bush housing driven by chain drive and gear reducer
- Moreover, known for its compact design, the RMMBR models are available in spherical roller bearing housing
- These roller type bearings are recognised for their high degree of concentrically, minimum play and a long life used widely for lubrication
- Roll nip adjustment of the front roll is carried out through hand operated adjusting spindles; heating of the rolls can optionally be carried out by electrical heaters or by means of steam if a steam system is available at customer plant
- Safety features can be carried out by emergency stop which are installed in the front side actuated by simple touch via foot operation; auto reversal panel can also be incorporated.
