Tracker T800 mid-size industrial blow moulding machine uses a Camac 486 control running a Quality Tracking System (QTS). This system Iets the control correct for back pressure and material viscosity changes to eliminate their influence on parison formation even when wall thickness varies drastically throghout the shot. QTS also regulates dual-head refill according to the shot length setpoint entered by the operator, who no longer has to adjust the back pressure valve on each head to maintain refill synchronisation.
