In case something goes wrong, such as ice full, lack of water, wrong rotating direction, evaporation/condensation temperature too high and high and low pressure alarm, etc., these machines turns off and the warning light comes on. By using reliable and big diameter water spray device one can avoid reducing daily output of ice due to the contaminant from the water blocking the device. The design of stationary and vertical evaporator is innovated in order to avoid the leaking problem due to the wear and tear in between the seal and shaft of a rolling operation on horizontal drum.
