Heliflow Hygienic Screw Pumps have C.I. bearing housing with ISO certified suction apparatus and delivery flanged apparatus. All other housing is fabricated using stainless steel, whereas rotating parts are made of Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, S.S. 304, 316, and A 20. They have two types of rotor and stator geometries for optimized performance. Shaft sealing of these pumps is of soft gland packing and mechanical sealing.
