Simpletec Automatics offers Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for Pipe. These Machines are designed for testing cast iron pipes, seamless tubes, shell, etc. with water as the test fluid and test pressures up to 200 bar. Higher test pressures can also be offered. Loading of pipes, positioning/aligning for testing and transfer to the next station (for further operation) are all fully automatic. Two pipes are tested at a time. The rig is of robust design with no requirement of manual handling of parts.
