Systems Engineers offers a Hydraulic Pressure Comparator, Model PC-21. This is a sturdy, robust, low cost, portable comparator for calibration of pressure gauges, pressure switches and pressure transmitters. It is handy and easy for field calibration. In the PC-21 hydraulic pressure comparator, honed SS pipe is used with O-ring pieces in Viton material and a smooth operated screw assembly, which provides a long life. An additional size lock valve is provided to lock the pressure to maintain a stable pressure with 0.01 kg/cm² readability on the digital gauge. In an updated model, a fine adjustment knob is available to set pressure value as desired. Model PC-21 with pressure range 250 kg/cm² and weight 8.5 kg, is provided with all required accessories and an additional set of Viton O-rings. Standard accessories supplied with this include five sets of gauge adaptor, screwdriver set, pointer puller and pointer punch, etc. This model is widely accepted by industries and calibration labs.
