Priyaa Cranes, having 30 years of experience in the field of earthmoving and construction equipment, started manufacturing hydraulic mobile cranes in 1989. Beginning with 10T mobile cranes, by 1992 it started to make 25T, truck mounted hydraulic mobile cranes. The company today has a range of hydraulic mobile cranes 3T to 30T capacities, pick and carry version from 10T to 30T, truck mounted version from 3T to 35T and forklifts from in 10T, 12T and 16T capacity. The 20 tonne hydraulic mobile crane comes with the following features: max lift capacity – 20 tonnes at 2.0 m radius with 8.2 m height of lift, max height of lift 15 m at 6 m radius, and max lift capacity at 15 m – 3.5 tonnes. Specifications in brief: engine – AL 412 Ashok Leyland make custom built turbo charged 4 stroke inline six cylinder diesel; transmission – Ashok Leyland ALGB 13 model synchromesh gearbox with reduction unit; speed – 20 km/hr (without load) 5 km/hr max on even metal road with load; brakes – front and rear, air operated on both front and rear with fail safe parking brake on rear wheels only; axles – front, heavy-duty fabricated box section and rear, oscillating heavy-duty hypoid gears fully floating axle shaft; hydraulic system – main pump, vane type 105 ltrs/min; steering pump (optional) vane type 52 ltr/min; boom lift cylinder – two double acting 160 mm bore 110 mm dia piston rod, 1250 mm stroke; hoist mechanism (standard) – six fall hydraulic driven by vane type hydraulic motor with spur reduction gear box with band type hydraulic brake, wire rope dia 13mm; hoist mechanism (optional) – six fall hydraulic driven by radial piston motor planetary reduction gearbox.
