The piston rod is made of ST-52 cold drawn tube (Sch-80) ground, hard chrome plated and ground. Seals: two stage seals PU `U’ cup seal, bronze filled PTFE step seal, neoprene rubber `O’ rings and wiper seal FRPR guide strips. Salient features: all components are powder coated through 7 tank process; cylinder is hydro tested at 200 bar; two stage sealing system for leak proof sealing; all design is based on factor of safety 2; all spares are of reputed brands; and all components are stress relieved.
