Manjira Machine Builders Pvt Ltd has over 25 years experience in designing and producing HR and CR Slitting Lines for ferrous and non ferrous materials in push pull and pull through configuration with double eccentric slitter heads to get highest quality and accuracy.
The company has designed, manufactured and supplied the following lines/terminal equipment: 400 and 600 mm wide CR slitting line of 150 mpm for carbon steel strips and 1600 mm wide HR slitting line of 60 mpm for carbon steel strips to Surana Strips Ltd, Hyderabad; 450 mm wide slitting line of 150 mpm for tensional steel straps in coil form to ITW India Ltd; 450 mm wide slitting line of 150 mpm for carbon steels to Pennar Industries Ltd; 450 mm wide slitting line of 100 mpm for tensional steel straps in coil form to Midfield Steels Ltd; and 300 mm wide slitting line of 50 mpm for tensional steel straps in coil form to Grip Strapping Pvt Ltd. Established in 1981 Manjira Machine Builders Pvt Ltd is renowned leader in the design and manufacture of strip processing lines, heavy-duty gearboxes and hydraulic roll briquetting machines for steel and processing industries; electro hydraulic winches, integration hardware and ground handling systems for defence and aerospace industry. In addition it also manufactures aerospace quality ferrous and non ferrous forgings to defence, aerospace, steel and processing industries. It addition, it offers a complete line of narrow width cold rolling mill and 100 to 2000 mm wide HR and CR slitting lines, terminal equipment for pickling, galvanising, electrolytic cleaning, metal and colour coating lines; and lime briquetting machines.
