HR & CR Slitting Cutters are manufactured from forged tool steels, special alloy steels. These cutters have longer life between regrinding and have sharp uniform shearing edge after each regrind. Due to its low down time, high productivity is obtained. Thickness tolerance is made upto ±0.002 mm and knife face ground finish upto 0.2 Ra. These cutters are suitable for slitting non ferrous metal like aluminium & brass as well as ferrous metal materials like mild steel CRGO, CRNGO & stainless steels.
