Rachana Infotech Pvt Ltd offers Hot Cold Forge Press Automation. The raw parts are filled manually into the part feeding system. On cycle start, the raw parts are fed to the loading and unloading arm. The pneumatic arm will pick one raw part at a time. The arm moves forward to pick the finish part,first from the Press when signalled. The arm moves along the Z and W axis to load the raw part into the press and moves back to home position. The finish part can be collect into a collection bin /tray by gravity
