Anish Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd offers Horizontal Crimping Machines, model HZ – 300 offers excellent performance and is used for crimping of hoses. These horizontal crimping machines have 8 Die segments that move radially in the die magazine with the help of hydraulic cylinder.
- Position control and corresponding depth of crimp achieved by a dedicated elector-hydraulic control
- Crimping head is positioned at a working height on the top of hydraulic reservoir and easily operated with the help of adjacent control panel
- Through opening of the machine is Ø 140 mm, which facilitates crimping of heavy, flanged and elbow fittings
- Quick movement of the Die magazine as high as 55 mm on diameter facilitates easy removal of hose assemblies with bends, elbows and flanged ends
- Tool Rack provided at the left side of the machine for storage of Die sets
