Subham Products manufactures Hob cutters for gear hobbing machines in M-2, M35 and M42 material. It manufactures cutter for worm wheel cutting (i.e., spiral fluted for 2, 3, 4 and 6 start worm wheels). It has established in-house facilities for thread milling, thread grinding, hobbing, precision components turning, drilling and stress relieving. Besides these production facilities, it is equipped with various latest in-house test and inspection facilities like lead and profile tester, optical profile projector, gear roll tester, tool makers microscope, 3 wire measuring unit, gear PCD run-out tester and various other regular instruments.
