The Euro-Cal III is a high precision/low cost caliper measuring parts upto 6" (150mm).The caliper has an accuracy of 0.001" (0.02 mm), a resolution of 0.0005" (0.01 mm) repeatability of 1 digit. Featuring a completely re-engineered measuring sensor, the caliper has a greater measuring and tracking speed of approximately 60" per second over prior units. It features an incremental floating zero, true inch/metric conversion and direct RS-232-C data output to PCs and printers. A hold features freezes the display for later viewing, and a low-drain, high efficiency lithium wafer battery, having a continuous on-time life of 4,500 hours, has an on/off switch which adds from two to three years of life to the battery.
