Amphetronix offers High Current Contacts. These are made out of a stamped grid that has been twisted into a hyperbolic form. The large surface area of the contact grid allows a contact coverage between the male and female connectors of up to 65%. These contacts are available in the standard sizes of 3.6, 6, 8 and 10 mm. The board mate family with its press fit contacts allows high current contacts to be used on circuit boards. These contacts are not only available for high-current appliances, but also in measurement engineering or where high vibration stability is required, such as car, railway and machine industries.
