The film is fed into the knife set run synchronously by two variable feed drives. These drives combined with a user friendly control panel provide continuous hexagon shaped particles. The key components of the machine, i.e., the bed knives and the rotary knives are made to strict tolerances to ensure uniform quality and long life. The machine is capable of cutting polyester film up to 50µ thick to produce hexagonal particles. Spares and accessories: aluminium rotary knives 40 teeth/20 teeth; brass rotary knives 40 teeth/20 teeth; bed knives in all sizes; vacuum collection systems; and timing belts.
