Guardian Anti Corrosives offers Heavy Zinc & Manganese Phosphating Chemicals. The ranges are DUROPHOS-25, DUROPHOS-M. These chemicals gives heavy, absorptive zinc phosphate coating, which may be oiled, waxed or given a coat of liquid paint for outstanding corrosion resistance. The coating weight will be between 1000 and 2500 mg/sft and the duration of dip is 10 to 30 minutes.
