Heat-Shrinkable Crimp Splices

Paras Enterprises offers Heat-Shrinkable Crimp Splices, CYG-DS 406. It protects splices from water, condensation, salt, corrosion and against vibration in rugged environments. It has adhesive lining for protection that is more reliable than conventinal splices. Heat-shrinkable crimp splices provides strain relief and its operating temperature is -55ºC ~ +125ºC . It is completly insulated and protects the electrical connections.

  • Cut-through resistance: 31Kg
  • Wire pullout after crimping and recovery: Red 11.3kg, blue 22.7kg, yellow 27.2kg.
• Chemical Properties:
  • Olvent resistance: Isopropyl alcohol, trichloroethylene, gasoline, battery acid, diesel fuel, motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid and 5% salt water.
• Electrical Properties:
  • Dielectric strength: 2500V(AC)
  • Insulation reistance: 1000Mohm/100V(DC).
• Material:
  • Out layer: Cross - linked modified polyolefin
  • Liner: Hot-melt adhesive.
• Shrink ratio: 4:1
