A wide range of industrial heaters is available from Sarnaik Brothers Pvt Ltd, Dombivli. These quality heaters are available in the following configurations: (i) Wire wound resistor - it is coated with high temperature coating, which is scratchproof even at temperatures of 400 degree Celsius; it has excellent electric insulating property. Its applications are in switchboard, circuit breakers and control panels as anti-condensation heaters to protect from moisture. Also it can be used as room heater in cold condition; (ii) Cartridge type heater - enclosed in SS pipe suitable for any application of anti-condensation; (iii) Filament type heaters - in the form of spiral element made of Kanthal wire for furnace; (iv) Baking oven used in varnishing plants for heating; and (v) High temperature ceramic coating - this coating can be done on any metal. Its properties include thermal conductivity, electrically insulating feature, withstanding capacity up to 700 degree Celsius, corrosion resistance, resistance to acid and alkali, fire proof, pollution-free and environment friendly feature. All these heaters are manufactured as per customer's drawings and requirements.
