GCI Exports Private Limited offers Headers Rings or FRP rings. These are joint rings used to form the male end of a concrete pipe. When used with a gasket these ensure that the assembly is a leak proof joint. These rings are generally made from cast iron, ductile or SG iron and steel. These are then machined to close tolerances and generally customised to meet individual customers’ requirements. The rings can be manufactured in different shapes like round, elliptical, arch and egg shaped. GCI Group of Companies set up their first unit in 1993. The company started manufacturing, supplying and exporting engineering equipment used in the dry cast concrete pipe industry.
