Ultra Precision Spindles offers Grinding Spindles. These spindles rotate up to 40,000 RPM. These spindles are standardised on straight bore quill fitment. Features: all spindles are dynamically balanced; shaft and spindles nose are with ground threads; maximum runout on face and bore of shaft is within 3 microns; and bearings used are of SNFA angular contact bearings or equivalent. Application: for bearing and automotive components, universal cylindrical grinding machines (tool room); ferrite grinding; dressing; center less grinding; regulating wheel spindle and grinding wheel spindle for center less grinding; optical lenses grinding; automatic polishing machine; and spindles for testing machines in automobile industries.
