This is: fully synthetic formulation; long working life therefore economical; minimises wheel glazing; offers effective corrosion resistance; stable emulsions in soft and hard water; and does not contain PTBBA. Recommended concentration for general machining operations: grinding cast iron 2 % to 3.5% or (a dilution of 50 to 1 or 30 to 1); and steel and Ni/Cr steel 2% or (a dilution of 50 to 1). Available in grade SC-GS, supplied in 20 litre stacking poly container.
