Grinding Arbor
Grinding Arbor is having spindle with ceramic ball bearings can be supplied with 100 Hz motor along with suitable converter achieve maximum rpm. The optional accessories are collect chucks with collets to hold mounted point wheels and flange for larger diameter wheels. For track grinding (wheel with small width) cutting speed can be upto max 60 m/sec and other sizes of arbors and pulleys can be supplied on request. The spindles with ceramic ball bearings are having following advantages.
- No oil-mist lubrication, saves cost of oil-mist lubricator plus recurring cost of oil and air.
- Reliability of operation with grease lubrication
- reduced wear more rigidity, less friction low operating temperatures

- All rotating parts are dynamically balanced
