Aquasagar Filtration Systems offers Gravity Filling Machines. These are automatic gravity filling machines for rinsing, filling and sealing with cap on liquids of low viscous and free flowing liquids like minerals water, milk, buttermilk, juice, arrack, oils, chemicals, etc., in pet bottles. These are SS 304/316 grade monoblock type machines. Machines are available in various models in which 16/12 jets rinser, 12/8 head gravity filler and 6/4 heads screw on capper on a single block. SS 304/316 grade air/slat conveyor is provided to feed the empty pet bottle into the machines. Rotary cap feeders are mounted on the machines to load the caps in shoot for capping unit. The bottles are unloaded through the conveyor and passed to the inspection counter (QA) and then to shrink the label as per bottles sizes. Main features: designed in GMP model to fill a wide variety of pet bottles; rotary level filler suitable to fill free flowing liquids either in hot, warm or in room temperature conditions; no bottle-no rinsing-no filling-no capping auto system; suitable to fill 100 to 2000 ml; provided with suitable reduction gearbox, motor and variable speed drive mechanism/electronics; and 1 to 2 HP electric motor for main drive (440 V AC 3-phase).
