The company has the complete set up to manufacture hardened and profile ground gear pairs and components for helical, spur and planetary gearboxes. The company manufactures following sizes:

Ground gears and pinions – Ø 650 mm, 12 module, 125 mm width (max)
• Internal teeth planetary gear rings – Ø 600 mm, 8 module, 125 thick (max)
• Open gears up to Ø 5000 mm, also gear wheels in steel casting

It has all the necessary instruments to assure the quality of gears and other important components. The company undertakes overhauling of gearboxes including replacement of gear pairs, selection of proper raw material, controlled process for industry. It proposes using En36, EN 353, EN 352, 17CrNiM06, and 20 MnCr5, as case carburising material for gear and pinions; and uses En24, En19 CK 60 for volume hardened gears and slow speed shafts.
