Features: outside screw and yoke type; bolted bonnet rising spindle design; and used for gas, steam, petrochemical and oil supply up to -290 C to 4250C. Applications: petrochemicals, refineries, steel plants, pulp and paper industries, chemicals and fertiliser industries, sugar plants and process industries. Specifications: design – as per API-600 bolted bonnet, OS & Y type, rising stem, hand wheel operated; testing standard – API-598; type – rising valve; size range – 50 to 600 mm; rating – Class 150; ends – flanged, ANSI B 16.5, RF class 150, customer specifications; material of construction – body CS, ASTM A 216 Gr WCB, trim 13% Cr steel/AISI 410 overlay; hydro test pressure – body shell 30 kg/cm2, seat 22 kg/cm2; temperature range – -290C to 4250C; and operation – hand wheel operated/actuator operated.
